Abyss of the Deep Ones: A Discovery

"In the eternal darkness of the abyssal plain, where only the hardiest of machines dare to descend, a lone bathyscaphe's light beam pierces the void to reveal a monolithic nightmare. Ancient, non-Euclidean structures, dedicated to an entity far older than humanity, rise from the seafloor. Dagon... or perhaps the Great Dreamer himself?"

This personal project explores the intersection of deep-sea exploration and cosmic horror. I focused on creating immense scale through composition, pitting a small submersible against sprawling, organic, and cyclopean architecture. The light-on-dark approach emphasizes the claustrophobic mystery of the deep.
